Forex Online Option Trading!
Forex online option trading involves the
simultaneous purchase and sale of two currency pairs using
call and put options. A call gives the purchaser the right
but not the obligation to buy an agreed amount of currency
at a predetermined strike price on an agreed future date. A
put gives the purchaser the right but not the obligation to
sell an agreed amount of currency at a predetermined strike
price on an agreed future date. Forex online option trading
carries significant risk of loss and only risk capital
should be used for speculative investments such as forex
option trading. Forex online option trading does not trade
on any exchange.
Many forex brokerages
offer forex online option trading although it is not as
prevalent as the regular forex market. Of these brokerages
some offer a practice demo account that allows potential
forex option traders to have access to real time quotes,
charts and news. These accounts typically offer $50,000 in
virtual equity to practice with for 2 weeks.
